1. Create the code
We work alongside our customers to create a design library for their exclusive use, so they can have a comprehensive record of what is required for each product application.
2. Clients approval
All new embroidery and print codes created are sampled for the customer and sent out for their records and approval. New customers are generally tutored through this initial process and quickly understand the way things work. All our work is backed up daily and remotely from the premises every evening.
3. Records Submitted
Once approved, the code will simply become a repeat job, and the customer has a record of what was supplied and what to request on future work.
Digitizing Services
All digitizing is carried out in-house to the very highest standard with digitizers with over 20 years experience.
Our first digitizing systems were the very early punching software that followed the tablet systems in the mid 1990′s and have been developed and upgraded throughout the years. We now operate to the new E3 Wilcom system which allows us, amongst part of it’s vast application tools, the options to transform embroidery to printed images very quickly.
With our years of experience we know what’s possible, what’s not, and how to make things ‘look right’ which all helps the customer to get the best from their designs. All work is sampled for approval, and sent to the customer for their records. We also post samples under plain cover to the end user when required by our customers.

Packing & Shipping
How do you want your product shipped? We re-bag and package items for shipping or pack as per customers individual requirements. Some customers supply their own branded bags and boxes for shipping which gives a complete package which then then be despatched directly to the end user.
All shipping is done under plain cover, either to the end user or to our customer. You tell us how you want it done and we do it!
