At Elite we offer a complete bespoke service from manufacturing to a consignment stock and distribution service. We currently manufacture and hold stock for a wide range of large businesses from telecommunication companies to fast food chains.
We set up our offshore bespoke manufacturing facility in 2019 to allow us to supply order fulfilment to the highest standards, with the lowest costs. Bespoke products made specifically to our customers' requirements can be made and delivered from the final approval in approximately 70 days via sea freight or 30 days via air freight. Urgent orders can sometimes be fulfilled in shorter lead times.

The Order Process
Step 1

Step 2
CAD drawings were sent to the customer for initial approval of the design style. This will give the customer enough detail to be able to approve the drawings ready for their pre-production samples to be made.
Step 3
Pre-production samples are made, in a sizing set to ensure the size ratio is acceptable for the customer. These are air freighted to the UK usually within 1 week from CAD drawings approval.
Step 4
Order is placed by the customer upon approval of samples, and dates are set for the production to leave the factory and provisional dates for either a container shipping or air freight booking.
Step 5
Goods are ready to ship (this is known as EX Factory) and a ship and shipping date is given by our shipping partner and clearing agents.
Step 6
Good arrive in the UK, clear customs control and are delivered to our factory for inspection before shipping to the customer, or being put into stock is managed services are required.
