Returns Policy

Incorrect or Faulty Goods

We take customer satisfaction seriously and is of high importance to us and will endeavour to put things right.

  • If you have received the wrong item/s or your items are faulty, please contact us with the details within 7 Days against receipt of goods.
  • Any shortages need to be reported within 24H after collection/delivery.
  • If returning for any other reason, we ask that you organize the return of the items.

Returnable Items

  1. Contact us by phone (0191 229 0848) or e-mail (sales@eliteembroideryltd.co.uk) with your order number to hand
  2. We will contact you to arrange return.
  3. Garments should be unworn garments and in their original packaging
  4. Once we have received  your goods back, subject to a full evaluation of goods returned, a replacement or a full refund to your original order within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot provide returns on customized items that are not faulty. For this reason, we ask you to take your time when designing your customize clothing before submitting them for production.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange, or refund opened PPE, underwear/lingerie, control wear, hosiery, and swimwear unless faulty. We can exchange or refund these items if hygiene strips and tags are in place and the original packaging is unopened and unmarked.

Please note!

All goods for return must be in writing & acknowledge within 28 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Once this period has passed, items cannot be returned unless faulty.
