Embroidery
We embroider and print so many variants of product for lots of customers, the days of asking for a logo onto product by its name are long gone.
Written and devised by Elite Embroidery Limited, we use a coding system to allow our customers to recognise each logo by a unique code. This coding system including customer reference, logo reference and a design number was first introduced in 2002, and has been used since that time. We talk to our customers in codes.
We work alongside our customers to create a design library for their exclusive use, so they can have a comprehensive record of what is required for each product application. New customers are generally tutored through this initial process and quickly understand the way things work. All our work is backed up daily and remotely from the premises every evening.
Specialist Embroidery
We also offer specialist embroidery such as 3d raised embroidery, metallic or fashion threads, as well as applique to laser cut shapes. We also offer bespoke solutions for individual products in all sectors.
We can advise what designs are appropriate for various applications. We have long standing relationships with supplies of woven badges that are then applied to the garment with an applique embroidery. These badges can open up new areas of design that can add that extra detail, look and sometimes make larger runs more cost effective and more productive.
